Will be responsible for the lifecycle of employees from entry to exit.
Induction, training, and exit formalities of employees.
Design and implement company HR policies. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
Manage the recruitment and selection process as per the industry standards. Handling compliance such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, Statutory Compliance, etc.
Payroll Processing, Attendance & Leave, Appraisals. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance to management and provide decision support through HR metrics on daily employee relations and performance management issues which will help to bridge the gap between the management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment. Develop interesting HR programs and keep employees engaged.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Requirements:
Experienced in Human resources management & administration.
Basic computer knowledge and use of MS Office and necessary tools.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Good Communication & excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Well-versed with Employment laws/corporate policies.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
