Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver your team’s goals (both recruiting volumes and candidate experience) consistently.
Collaborate well across all BUs; act as a Trusted Advisor to hiring managers and leaders
Managing recruiting teams and driving efficiencies
Drive and deliver recruiting projects and initiatives
Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly acquisition targets – mainly through direct sourcing
and driving employee referrals
Make consumable & actionable data available for recruiting and business leadership.
Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Build a team of recruiting top talent and manage end to end
Appraisals & reviews
Team coaching & mentoring
Drive and deliver recruiting projects and initiatives
Delivering Hiring Results
Deliver top class recruiting results quarter on quarter
End to end hiring for senior and business critical roles
Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Partner with the assigned businesses, drive communication, build trust and
manage stakeholder relationships.
Manage agencies, budgets
Collaborate with other departments (Compensation, Human Resources, Employer Branding) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding
7+ years’ experience in tech leadership recruitment
2+ years of experience in managing a high performing tech recruiting team (full cycle)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the talent market dynamics, equity & esop concepts, compensation benchmarking etc.
Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems and Job portals
Proven experience designing and implementing best in place hiring practices and interview execution
