WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Helping in resolving tickets/raising tickets.
– Ensuring that the right communication goes out via calls.
– Achieving Target oriented Outbound calls Appointment scheduling (Not Sales)
– Quick learner with ability to provide essential feedback for our internal processes.
– Excellent written communication.
– Must be able to multitask
– Assisting the Expert and TL in managing the team
– Ability to follow up in routinely manner and good Reporting skills
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
– Good Rate of speech and ability to guide customers structurally on calls
– Fluent English
– Rigorous, hardworking, but fun
– Challenging & Goal oriented mindset
– Excel knowledge & Data oriented is a plus
– Prior experience in customer relationships is a plus.
