We are looking for MBA- HR from Bangalore who can ready to join in a Start up ecosystem.Job Responsibilities-Hiring & Managing the Talents.Liaising with existing employees.Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experienceExecute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; recognition; health and safety; and training and development.Email follow-up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave ManagementLiaise with the various stakeholders towards running initiatives specific to Social Responsibility, Fun Fridays, Cultural events, etc.Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.Skill Set:MBA from reputed institute.Fresher to 1 year experience.Should have good communication skill.Should have good presentation skill.Ability to speak local language.Immediate joiner would be preferable.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):Can you join immediate ?Education:Master’s (Required)Experience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
