1. Explain to the patients about the available methods of treatment and its cost, help in financial counseling in terms of explaining each component of the billing and the entire package,
2. Follow completely and explain SOPS on , smooth and transparent billing, PDC method of cashless facilities.
3. Minimize the doctor’s time by explaining and clearing the doubts about the surgery process, risks, and instructions with the help of the analysts
4. Counsel inpatients about the rules and regulations to be exercised before and after the surgery
5. Bridge any communication gap between patients and doctors
6. Confirm schedules and any changes with doctors and inform patients including even the digital leads, this is done with the help of Hospital administration/Analysts
7. Advise and encourage patients to come for required follow-up appointments
8. Ensure patients are comfortable and leave with a positive experience helping enhance digital reviews
9. Manage the digital leads and CAP (referral patients) for their end-to-end IP-related and also OP11. Follow-up on the discharge process and smooth billing
11. Support the Marketing teams for hospital-related activities
