FOR 350 BEDDED MULTI SPECIALTY HOSPITAL IN HISAR HARYANA

Experience : 10 – 12 Years

Location : Hisar Haryana

Salary : Up to 12 LPA

Notice Period : 30 Days Maximum

Job description

• Clinical oversight ensuring that complete personal and billing information is entered into each patient EHR, following up with referral sources and/or patients to rectify any incomplete information.
• Develops and implements mechanisms and controls to ensure appropriate billing and payment cycle of IPD
• Prepare risk assessment, Audit / daily observation compliance and documents according to NABH and NABL protocols etc.
• Manages credentialing of new providers and new insurances and maintains credentialing documents of existing providers
• Oversight of Medical Billing personnel to ensure that all procedures and records are maintained and can address coding issues; collaborates to submit and resolve billing issues as quickly as possible.
• Maintains current fee schedule and co-payment amounts for Medicare and other third-party payers.
• Case management
• Obtaining pre-authorizations on behalf of client
• Follow up on claims outstanding
• Submitting claims to insurance carriers & state agencies
• Manages credit and collections principles, processes, regulations, and standards.
• Establishes, records in writing and implement appropriate billing policy procedures for all billing activities
• Directly responsible for IP day to day operations
• Ensures procedural requirements are followed and ethical standards for the follow-up of overdue accounts are maintained.
• Coordinate with Diagnostics, In Patients, Admissions and Corporate departments and ensure smooth flow
• Proficiency with current technology and hospital management software applications
• Prepare & review of documents like Investigation, Deviation, CAPA as per requirements.
• Communicates immediately to Chief Financial Officer regarding compliance-related problems and unresolved processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/ BHM / MHA / Post Graduate Diploma in hospital administration / hospital management
• Relevant Industry experience of 10 to 12 yrs
• Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Handling cash, Insurance, Credit Billing Departments: 10 years (Preferred)
• Lead Billing team: 5 years (Preferred)
