Responsibilities :
Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible and assists representatives in handling disappointed customers.
Takes customer complaints to upper management when necessary and interacts with vendors.
Plan out and constantly optimize CRM marketing strategy for engaging with the different customer segments through email/direct mail/SMS/etc.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Think through and plan out the customer lifecycle journey’s automated touchpoints.
Listens to recordings of representatives interacting with customers and uses the recordings to enhance training or offer necessary correction.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
Prepare and run monthly business review of CRM results with creative and business groups
Work with Marketing team to develop programming calendars and project schedules
Support CRM team in executing email, SMS, and direct mail communications.
Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of products and services.
Oversee daily email operations and strategy, coordinate with creative to ensure that emails are designed per the requirements & completed on time.
Ensure that through our desired segmentation strategy, emails are being deployed to the correct customer groups at the correct frequency
Build out and measure SMS marketing program through list growth initiatives and direct marketing actions
Work on ATL (advertising and promotional campaigns) and BTL (consumer engagement activities) to improve consumer connect with brand
Organize and manage communication and promotional campaign; assess the market conditions and competitor’s activities to implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
Education :
MBA
Experience :5-8 years direct responses marketing experience, either at agency or client side
Salary : As per company standard
Knowledge & Skills :
Experience in Brand & Marketing
Understanding of segmentation strategy and customer life cycle management
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding to data structures of uses of data in direct marketing communications.
