Achieve/Exceed revenue targets & market share targets.Implement, negotiate and manage JBPs to deliver mutually profitable sales growth for assigned customers.Sell win-win solutions to customers to deliver to Prasuma and customer goals.Ensure delivery of execution KPIs for assigned customers across geographies.Collaborate with sales teams across regions to align execution plans; support the sales teams in both execution & reviews of the business.Manage – Terms of Trade- with customers to create win-win situation on customer expectations & Prasuma margin requirements.Track, review and drive category-wise growths and market shares in assigned accounts.Execution of new launches as per aligned launch goals including, listing, visibility, revenue and market share.Ensuring controls & financial hygiene: Along with Commercial & Supply Chain team, you are supposed to have check on system hygiene at customers on aspects like short payments, asset implementation, visibility and promotion deployment, discount hygiene, return to vendor, reconciliation & NDC (No dues certificate) etc.Ensuring a 95% fill rate across all customers, collaborating with supply chain, factory and customers to ensure revenue and stock projections are done correctly.Reporting of key metrics in a timely manner to internal management to ensure clear visibility of Key account’s progress and strategy at all times.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Sales: 2 years (Required)FMCG: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Preferred)
