Position Overview
This position provides technical, analytical and administrative support to the global IT Service & Solution Delivery team under the direction of the VP IT Service & Solution Delivery. This role handles a variety of administrative duties, including record-keeping, reporting, program administration, office management and assists with technical and equipment purchases. Initiates and prepares purchase requisitions, correspondence, reports, etc. The incumbent will also be expected to resolve routine and complex inquiries and may be required to support technical resources under supervision. Schedules and maintains calendars, meetings and travel and coordinates related arrangements.
