Be the Talent Scout and own the entire recruitment cycle – from req generation to salary negotiation and ensuring candidates joining in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.Manage Recruitment database and periodically generate insightful reports and metrics .Keenly participate and effectively contribute to other areas of HR such as Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement & HR operations.Requirements:Be able to mobilize quality candidates using novel methods for recruitment.Strong business focus and excellent learnability.Strong service orientation and ability to build business relationships with multiple stakeholders.Be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.Have effective verbal, and written communication skills.2 to 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both Technical and Non Technical recruitment.Experience using Tech tools for Recruitment, ATS and Social media recruitment.Experience with a start-up a big plus.
