Key Role

• Trucking procurement, discovering new asset owners, and onboarding them for delivering on platform or logistics delivery
• Day-to-day operations of updating milestones.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints

Job Specification

• Knowledge of transport markets, should be aware of top transporter which lanes they work, what customer they work, their economics model, what is the inclination in terms of signing contract, what is control over the driver, and most importantly service levels
• You should also be able to travel on daily basis for new discoveries of asset owners by visiting them in offices, bringing them to the platform, ensuring digital adoption, and ensuring delivering
• Good negotiation skills should be aware of the economics of trucking and the costing model
• You should also be able to highlight benefits, ensure the adoption of good practices and enable transport escalation management along with the delivery
• You should be able to manage and deliver the team-driven output and also showcase collaboration and an open mind towards learning new aspects of businesses
• You should bring in their A-game and great conduct and temperament for handling daily logistics delivery handling
