Role
Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating the sourcing efforts; ensure the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local, regional and global activitiesMonitor progress against the goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and talent pipelines for the regionDevelop diverse and ready to hire pipelines of candidates as designatedDevelop market intelligence and work on key strategic projects at regional and/or global scaleOwn the talent – hunt, engage, farm, bring it to the business and add them to the workforceDevelops sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective candidatesExecutes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation driven visuals), and collaborates with Communications to achieve designated objectivesCoordinate phases of the talent acquisition process for assigned talent pipeline and evaluates team recommendations of candidatesFollow talent acquisition specific processes and systems
All About You:
Strong background in Talent Acquisition in managing high volume recruitment efforts preferably from Fintech companyStrong people management skills, should have worked in E2E & sourcing led recruiting modelAbility to work as an individual contributor with the help of sourcing and interview coordinating teamExtensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etcExperience managing high volume recruiting processesExperience managing candidate life cycle through an applicant tracking system, preferably WorkdayIn-depth understanding of technology landscape and hiring trends in IndiaStrong background in IT hiring, preferably in Java and related technologiesExperience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environmentTrack record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectationsDevelop recruitment sourcing strategy including direct sourcing, agency usage, campus programs, etc.Manage vendor relationships to support high volume recruiting effortsBuild partnerships with the leadership team to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talentEnsure accurate records and reporting concerning all phases of the recruitment process
