Ensure profitable and sustainable share, net sales growth for Amazon and affiliated Seller as an account

Manages account P&L to maximize mars profitability
Develops and executes plans to efficiently lower trade spend
Manages the trade promotion budget at assigned customers in harmony with Mars policies and procedures.
Develops comprehensive customer business plans to deliver all business segment objectives
Works closely with S&F team to drive DOS within aligned levels and resolve any payment related Issues
Developing Team, Direct Reports – Senior KAM, KAM & Analyst: (where applicable)
Works with direct reports to develop their understanding and ownership of business segments plans, priorities and sales strategic objectives
Leads communication, staffing, training and competency development (PDP) within the customer organization
Account Planning:
Organize T2T and regular customer meetings to drive high levels of customer engagement
Build long term strategic plans that transforms the business
Works closely with SRM team to develop strategies for long term MAC health
Build collaborative plans with customer to ensure success of, not only mars products, but the success of the total category
Proactively builds strategies and plans that re-shape market performance & redefines approaches to customer solutions
Plans contingencies
Utilize the promotion data to make continuous improvement (CTR/CVR/ROAS etc.) and gain share within the account
Fully understand the pet owner journey on the platforms to address relevant touch points by impactful sales & marketing activities
