Packing prestart up checks for running the production (planning, availability of silos, throughput, equipment idle run, interlock checking.
Operate packaging machinery of several types at varying stages of the production line, performing actions quickly and safely at all times
Sort and weigh products after packaging to ensure requirements are met and no mistakes have been made
Apply labels and transfer products to the final shipping area, keeping them organized to aid in shipping crew’s job
Perceive the production line ahead of you to anticipate errors and make adjustments as needed to prevent slowing down more than necessary
Perform simple hourly maintenance on your machine to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate
Updating the flow chart, food safety risk assessment, product description
Modification of Documentation, uploading to Nexus and implementation
Metal Detector validation-Once in four hours
Daily MSS activity, hard and glass plastic check list
Maintaining the Toolbox check list
SCADA Operation-Product Distribution to all the silos.

Be aware of and run to Schedule.
Run machines to SOC or beyond at all times. Be familiar with all SOCs.
Rectify and/or escalate issues, which prevent achievement of SOCs and/or Schedule. Log all such occurrences accurately and fully.
Ensure changeovers are completed within specified time to the right standard in accordance with Operating Procedures where these are available.
Operate plant to minimize product and packaging wastage.
Know the target standards for the machines you are operating.
Fix or immediately escalates issues or faults that are causing excess waste. Record all incidences in Logbooks or on systems provided.
Understand fully the quality measurement system. Complete logs accurately and consistently without fail.
Ensure all activities that demonstrate due diligence are carried out and documentation is completed
Escalate any issues
Maintain personal hygiene and dress standards at all times. Challenge anyone not adhering to these.
Maintain departmental and work area hygiene standards. Challenge anyone breaching these.
Complete hygiene tasks as directed and record completion in appropriate place.
Ensure behavior at work complies with Mars Safety Policy
Ensure validation in SSWs are kept in date
Escalate safety issues appropriately.
