Roles and Responsibilities : Point of contact for human resources, RMG, delivery and practice.
Maintain operational data and publish to leadership team
Track utilization parameters, prepare weekly/monthly updates for DU Head
Create /close hiring request in SuccessFactors and in hiring Tracker ( For clients and Internal ). Single point of contact for escalations and issues/others during the hire process.
Archive SoWs, POs, and timesheets, client approvals, and important communication for compliance
Maintain dashboard of headcount, resignation, project exits, new joiners.
Capture action items of weekly status meeting and follow up with concern stakeholders for the closure.
Provide ad-hoc reports /dashboard based on the need to leadership team
Provide revenue forecast to leadership team on weekly basis, maintain cost trackers
Follow up with employees for timesheet submission on time.
