Role – Member Operations – Supply Chain (Dispatch)
Grade – JM1/2
Qualification – B COM / MBA – Logistics
Experience – 4-5 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Truck arrangement for FG depot movement from various transporters
- Open market transport knowledge & truck arrangement
- Internal truck management – 3P – Warehouse – 3P / daywise trips planning / Requirements closing / etc.
- External truck management & arrangement for Inter plant movements
- External Warehouse management – stock inward / outward / stock taking / analysis
- Commercial process knowledge in transportation – eWaybill / LR / Documentation, etc.
- SAP knowledge in Goods movement – Outbound delivery / GRN / payment process
- Vendor Bills handling – monthly transactions / Bill receiving / GRN / Payment process
- FG truck handling – from Factory (3P) to Depot – on the way issues / accidents / truck replacement / in trasnit process, etc…
- Interacting with HO planners for the FG / CFC dispatch planning
- Ensuring FIFO in FG stock handling – both @ 3Ps / Warehouse
- Analysing FSNE stocks monthly to avoid / reduce the Write offs with Commercial dept
- Analysing the FG truck loadability & optimising by seeking the opportunities
- Ability to understand & to work on PANDO portals
- MS Excel knowledge for report generation / analysis
- Handling the loading / unloading manpower & process of receipts
- Analysing skill with problem solving ability for adressing any of the internal issues
