About the Function:
The Hotels Content team of MakeMyTrip is an integral part of the hotels’ LOB for both domestic and international hotels. It is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of all customer and partner-facing communication and enhancing the overall booking experience on the app/website through relevant content touchpoints. The team specializes in end-to-end content workflows, ranging from concise and informative funnel copies to long-form content.
About the Role:
This role demands a clear understanding of customer behavior to produce content that helps them make informed buying decisions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Supply, Category, Creative, and Product to gather information on current or future projects and then plan content deliverables around these initiatives on a monthly or quarterly basis. In this role, one gets to drive the end-to-end strategy and management of projects while ensuring adherence, consistency, and compliance with pre-defined content guidelines.
