Project Engineer

Background Required: Distillery Experience (Mechanical Engineer)

Experience: 2-6 years

Salary: 15k-70k Per Month

Location: Mandideep (Madhya Pradesh )

Requirements:

• Experience of Green filed/ Project management .
• Preffered experience; in setting up Distillery / Power Plant
• Project Management – Ethanol Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Scope, and lead projects that are designed to maximize efficiencies and minimize downtime of plant operations.
• Write and coordinate procedures, present capital request justifications and create strategic plan initiatives.
• Assist or lead in the development of detailed project scopes based upon project objectives. Develop reasonable and cost-effective cost estimates, as well as develop appropriate project schedules.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships. Lead outside contractor relationships.
• Stay up to date on industry technology advancements to aid in identifying potential future capital projects.
• Serve as a resource to management, supervisors and maintenance staff.
• Assist in operational/troubleshooting issues.
• Seek out continuous improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to management. When appropriate, lead continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Mechanical Degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years related industrial project management
• AUTOCAD or similar computer drafting program experience required
• Strong budgeting and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to coordinating multiple competing priorities
• Coordinating different production teams, designing and developing engineering systems and quality assurance tests, and building prototypes

• Monitor all site safety and legal requirements. Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives.

• Strong communication skills including the ability to convey information to non-technical professional and operations personnel
• Ethanol industry experience highly desired
