Community Manager for a Premium Coworking space in Gurugram.

Location : Sec-32, Gurugram

Exp : minimum 1 yr (Retail or Hospitality industry only)

Education : Graduate

Work days : Mon- Sat

Timing : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Job Description

· Handling the Front Desk queries.

· Giving tour of our property & help in choosing right subscription plans.

· Responsible for General administration, Community management, Handling Sales inquiries & Providing support in managing the facility.

· Maintain excellent relationship with our existing clients.

. Ensuring the property remains aesthetically sound & create WOW experience for our clients.

· Providing resolution to client queries and handling all escalations promptly.

· Experienced in handling a team of support staff & managing their shifts.

· Maintain & file office records, Subscription forms & other documents.

· Ensuring implementation of company SOP’s .

· Coordinate & align Maintenance, Housekeeping teams etc.

Skills

· Well groomed candidate with fluency in English & Hindi.

· Should have excellent organizational & communication skills.

· An eye for detail and ability to build rapport with clients.

· Should be proactive and responsible.

· Experienced candidates only from retail/Hospitality will considered.

· Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

· Strong ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹29,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
