Key responsibilities
Track user statistics and collect user feedback. Study and analyze user behaviors.
Understand and discover business needs and conduct user impact analysis.
Drive requirement scoping with business and process owners, including requirement solicitation, clarification, prioritization, and documentation.
Facilitate engineers and architects to design and decide the right technical solution.
Collaborate with scrum master and engineers to drive on-time delivery, e.g. tracking status and managing risks.
Drive testing process with business users, including test case creation, test conduction and defect handling.
Support business users during go-live hyper care events, including but not limited to system training, release communication and issue resolution.
Act as the change agent and sparring partner for users and stakeholders.
Reflect and learn from past experiences.
