Job Responsibilty
This position will support the cluster Sales team and center trade and marketing teams to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes.
This position will be responsible to own Key Business Accounts and will be responsible for end to end delivery of these accounts. This will include Quoting, tendering, contract maintenance, coordinating on disputes, IQ.
Will act as a single point of contact for all sales account owners / customer service teams and own the account from GSC.

Key responsibilities
Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for All Customer Segmentations and assigned customers.
Own Tender accounts E2E and have knowledge in length and breadth of the account being handledDeliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/customersResponsible to deliver IQIdentify trends and work with teams to improve customer experienceFocal point for Clusters act, as liaison between Cluster and GSC teams for the specific customerAmbassador for a Cluster towards the GSC organisation and vice versa, helping address cross- functional/cross-process issues and continuous improvementDrive active engagement activities with the ClusterDrive joint initiatives between GSC and sales based on customer wise challengesResponsible for customer-specific performance monitoring, management, and discussion – IQ/BOM
We are looking for
Master or bachelor’s degree from recognized university.Minimum 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Tender, Sales and Performance ManagementThe position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure – with high sense of urgencyDetail oriented – ability to perform processes as per pre-defined designWith strong Customer Service MindsetKnowledge of Tenders and Global freight forwarders systemsWilling to learn and adapt to new challengesBasic knowledge on quotes / tenders is an advantageGood presentation and Microsoft excel skillsMust have a critical analytical skills / foresee challenges
