Key responsibilities
Integrate data from multiple data sets into one database system to streamline information.Deep dive into Google analytics (both front end and backend ) and help the team develop intelligent data signals, connectors and audiences that can be leveraged for Marketing cloud journeys .Develop Marketing Performance Dashboards that can analyse data from various streams and help the team to visualise real time data on campaigns and promo blasts etc.Have solid understanding of Sales force Marketing cloud and work with the teams to integrate data and utilise email performance data for all the campaignsAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.Write scripts to analyse data and perform specific data queries.Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results.
We are looking for
Graduation in Engineering, Maths or Statistics. MBA preferred in a Marketing/Operations.5+ years of experience in business intelligence, digital marketing and data analytics.Solid Understanding of Google Analytics both on front end and BIG QUERY -backendStrong knowledge of SQL and should be proficient with advanced excel and VBA scriptingKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing.Good hands on R or Python is a must.Good knowledge of MS Office suite.Understands social media analytics really well and can analyse data and help marketing team strategize for future campaigns.Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret the data.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amount of data with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and presentation skills.
