Integrated Marketing Solutions supports the Global and Regional communication requirements, developing strategy, global & regional campaigns, tactical assets and regional adapts.
As the team is growing, we are looking for individuals who have strong communication experience, understand advertising, is strategic, can build relationships and work as a team towards a common goal.
Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between sales, marketing and product teams
Partner with the Global Sales Enablement Content team and cross functional experts (Industry Business Partners, Business Value Strategists, and Marketers) to locate content, or enhance existing materials or create content to address the regional enterprise training needs.
Work with the marketing organization to source the necessary content and the apply the apply marketing strategy and discovery to the sales process
Work with a cross functional team of Insights and Creative specialists to create content and presentations at a high throughput
Create all learning and supporting materials/medias required to deliver engaging and impactful training programs aligned to enterprise sales process and strategies, and running complex large deal engagements
Provide thought leadership, coaching, training, and consultative partnering for internal sales and other teams throughout and beyond the sales cycle
Deliver live dynamic and interactive enablement experiences, via a variety of modalities and technologies, at all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding, to development, to skills mastery
Achieve high quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on all deliverables, measure impact against associated enablement KPIs (i.e. participation, close rate, ACV impact) and communicate the same to stakeholders
