People Leadership: Supervise the team, providing daily support on systems and processes. Responsible to review activities conducted by the production teams to be in accordance with customer expectation and GBP. Coaching the team and provide support when ever needed. Responsible for motivation of the team, seeking opportunity for continuous development, being open for innovations. Participate in annual appraisal preparations, provide supports, and ensure a fair result on performance appraisal evaluation in the team.
