Delivers high quality accounting and forecasting services within a well
defined area of responsibility or medium sized legal entity
Ensures that all the General Ledger accounting and Financial/Management Reporting is done in accordance with IFRS and APMM GAP. Performs the reporting and period end tasks, accruals and support controlling tasks. Develops internal controls and reports as necessary to monitor controls, staff performance management and performance appraisals. Ensures alignment of all SOP with the overall frame work. Has responsibility for identifying and delivering improvement projects.
Own the entity books of accounts & reporting numbers Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting schedules Preparation of prepaid and accrual schedules & postings One stream reporting Management reporting Bank reconciliation & cash application Balance sheet adjustment journal entries including prepaid & accruals Fixed assets accounting & capitalization along with depreciation run Balance sheet review & reconciliation
