Front desk managementWelcoming all guests and visitorsManaging guest related activities- organizing beverages, mealsAssist in supervising office boys and housekeepingAnswer all incoming calls, & redirect them accordingly.Receive letters, packages etc. and deliver them to the concerned person/departmentVisiting markets & other places when necessaryAssist in supervising day to day operations of admin department.Maintaining Admin related registers and documentsCoordinate with maintenance dept for repair and servicing of office equipment when necessaryQuotation from vendors when necessaryMaking transportation arrangements for material/personnelCo-ordinating with HR to organize internal and external events.Assist HR for documentation (EPF, ESI, LWF etc.)Assisting other departments whenever requiredRequirements: 2-3 years’ experience in HR-Admin profileExcellent written & verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational & time management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point)Internet skills including use of emails, web surfing to gather required informationTeam playerGood decision maker.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 8130384348
