Position Title: Technical Support Executive (Full Time)

Purpose: To provide technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• To provide technical assistance for solving customer’s queries by having customer

FIRST approach

• To have practical knowledge and experience with computers – hardware & software
• Proven experience in fixing the technical issue of social media sites running in an organisation (You Tube / Internet / LAN/ WhatsApp / Telegram/LinkedIn)
• To resolve student’s queries (Undergraduate students) via phone, E-Mails,

WhatsApp, Chats, in person or electronically

• To have excellent CRM Skills & Email/Chat professional etiquettes
• To keep abreast with latest technology in technical support domain

Competencies

• Excellent customer service & problem solving skills
• Ability to resolve networking, computer hardware/software installation, LAN,

Internet issues

• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced growing organisation
• Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
• Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate / BCA
• Preference to technical degree/certifications

Experience

• 1 – 5 years of experience
• Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
