Job Purpose

The scope of the role is centred on providing innovative technical solutions by analysing the requirements and balancing available resources, meeting quality standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities include contribution to project planning, scheduling, inter-disciplinary coordination and supervising execution within budget/timeframe

Technical Focus Areas

• Should have Strong knowledge and experience in Aerospace Industry and expertise in F&DT analysis

  • Hands-on Experience on F&DT analysis of Aircraft primary structures.
  • Load Extraction,
  • Spectrum Generation,
  • Equivalent stress calculation,
  • Fatigue Life Calculation,
  • critical crack length calculation
  • crack propagation (DT).
  • Mitigation techniques
  • F&DT report preparation

  Tools Experience:

  • Hands on F&DT experience using ISAMI
  • Nasgro knowledge preferable.
  • Basics of FE modelling using patran / hypermesh knowledge
  • Basic Nastran knowledge
  • Excel macro knowledge

  Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical engineering, Aerospace or Structural Engineering is preferred.

  -Relevant experience of 5 – 10 years + in the Aerospace Industry
