Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to guide the Marketing measurement and analytics programs for Lowe’s multi-million-dollar Marketing efforts. Brand Strategy, Lowe’s Media Network (LMN) and Audience architecture is to drive disproportional growth for the enterprise and media network by developing a robust insights and analytics program. The primary responsibility towards enterprise is provide insights on marketing measurement, traffic, external impact such as weather, etc. on the business.
In case of LMN, it will extend to engaging with key vendors to review program success and investment strategies and oversee opportunities to further strengthen the LMN offerings.
When it comes to Audience, the Senior Manager will coach and guide a newly created team through defining the audience architecture, governance and adoption.
The Senior Manager will work to create and guide the development of new Marketing analytics tools and programs across all pillars of the Marketing team (Marketing Strategy, Media Audiance, etc.) so that the organization is using best-in-class measurement and analytical approaches in order to accelerate ROI for the brand.
The Senior Manager, Brand and Customer Strategy, will possess master-level analytical problem-solving skills, ability to innovate in the marketing analytics space while also bringing in best-in-class external tools and data sets, and will demonstrate the ability to guide and partner a large group of DACI and IT teams to deliver key projects.
He/she will also possess strong leadership, coaching and collaboration skills, working cross functionally across key stakeholders to drive strong Marketing performance, translating analytical needs into Marketing analytics programs and deliverables, and ultimately delivering Marketing results.
