• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly plans for WHs and Production.
• Establishing and Achieving Qualitative and Quantitative metrics.
• Ensuring best service levels to customers in terms of timely delivery of Labeled Goods and delivery of cool boxes as per sales plan.
• Development of Operation Policies in consultation with Senior Management.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all SOPs at all locations.
• Track and improve Productivity in BWH, 3PL and Factory while ensuring compliance with Operating budget and Manpower budget.
• Coordination with customers for any specific issues and projects.
• Meeting the Customers and Customs Officials on regular basis to build relationship.
• Oversee and plan Material and inventory.

Qualification – Post Graduate/ MMS/ MBA

Experience – Minimum of Five to Eight years working in Logistics & supply chain industry in similar role.

Job Location- Bhiwandi

Salary- Upto 5,00,000 PA
