Requirements:
10+ years’ work experience in a leadership role as an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and employee communications
University degree in related discipline
POSH certification is mandatory.
Agile, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and re-align objectives when needed
Superior employee relations and influencing skills
Experience working with: Microsoft Office, HR software, Google suit, etc.
Knowledge of Indian employment laws
Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an entrepreneurial, Start-up, and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic environment
Proven effective consulting skills with an ability to drive impact
Proven ability to collaborate and work in a data-driven organization
Experience working in a start-up where your responsibilities stretch between strategic and tactical
Demonstrated strong ownership and attention to detail

LoginRadius is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and well versed Director of People & Culture to join our HR team in our Jaipur, India office.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for building an end-to-end highly efficient and easily adaptable, familiar culture for employees.
Work like an owner and leader of the department and end to end responsible for deliverable results as expected.
Responsible for building and retaining a team of highly committed people towards the organization and its goal.
Responsible for recruitment strategy and recruitment to meet human resource needs of the company
Responsible for training and development of employees to the next level of their career and role.
Responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources programs and initiatives around performance management, organizational development, orientation, development and training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee wellness.
Responsible for helping and supporting employer branding towards attracting and retaining the best talent within the industry.
Always thinking and planning and experimenting with new ideas to grow the people, culture, and employee well-being.
Responsible for new policies and processes and regular up-gradation and enhancement in current policies related to People and culture.
Awareness of all local laws and compliance and always keeping the organization updated and well aware of the same.
Responsible for applying and implementing all the employee related regulatory laws and amendments within the organization.
Manage HR issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance improvement planings, exit, and terminations also provide guidance and advice as appropriate.
Build strong relationships with employees throughout the company and act as a liaison between other departments, divisions, and stakeholders.
Assist with off-boarding responsibilities including exit interview coordination and property collection.
Keep running special projects such as employee surveys and general HR projects and initiatives.
Partner closely with leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while hiring recommendations, supporting events, and building strategies to hire amazing people for LoginRadius.
Managing, planning, and executing all the organizational activities related to people, culture, and branding.
