Job Overview
We are looking for an Insurance Advisor/Agent to work with our Sales Department.

Your role is to maximize our customer base by determining the marketing strategies for new insurance contracts.

You will customize and sell insurance plans that suit our prospective client’s needs.

Your ultimate goal will be providing the best customer services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer’s overall financial situation, understand their requirements and come up with a sound financial plan.

• Analyzing the customer’s risk profile and suggesting a protection plan according to their circumstances.

• Implement risk management and tax planning strategies.

• Expand customer base.

• Cultivate prospective new business through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking.

• Meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies, and answering questions related to coverage and premiums.

• Assist clients during the claims process.

• Maintain electronic and paper records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age – 18 years completed

• Qualification- 10/12/Graduate

• PAN Card is must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good sales and negotiation skills

• A highly organized and hardworking individual

• Demonstrate ability to deal with different personalities

• Excellent listening skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of topics related to financial planning

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior agent or sales experience

• Degree or diploma in Finance,Economics, Business or relevant field.

• Valid license to work as an Insurance Agent

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel

• Upto 25% depending upon the Type & Term of Policy plus Bonus Commission 40% of First Year Commission*

Salary: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
