Position Summary:
The HR Executive and Admin is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. They provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department and employees, while also playing a crucial role in the general administration of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Duties: Assist in recruitment processes: Posting jobs, screening applications, arranging interviews, and closing job postings.
Handle employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documentation.
Assist with payroll processing by providing the finance department with necessary employee information (leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
Schedule and organize training & development initiatives for employees.
Handle employee grievances and concerns in a confidential manner.
Assist with the performance review process.
Administrative Duties:Answer and redirect phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Maintain contact lists and company directory.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and staff as needed.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
