• Define the goals and objectives of grooming and personality development training across functions.
• Formulate the strategy, keeping in mind customer needs, competitive landscape, user research data, emerging trends and technologies.
• Understand and track the training needs across functions and business streams and work with stakeholders closely to understand business objectives and measure output.

• Create innovative training material both digital and in physical format that involve team building, leadership and real time case studies and perform gap analysis to track results.

• Demonstrate excellent skills in analytical skills, leadership and strategic planning.

Location – Delhi NCR

Minimum Experience – 7-15 years in Aviation & Hospitality
Experience in Personality Development and grooming Training preferred

Comfortable to travel across Delhi NCR

Excellent communication and intra-personal skills
