Description and Requirements
Portfolio Marketing –
Drive marketing planning and execution for Lenovo Services priorities in agreement with the Services Business Unit.
Responsible for delivering the marketing outcomes outlined for the year
Work on all aspects of services content marketing – strategy, content creation, distribution and measurement. Create and repurpose digital marketing assets and offers aligned with buyer’s cohorts, journey maps and marketing campaigns.
Digital /Social Media Marketing –
Responsible for optimization & personalization of services client journey across all digital platforms – Website, Social, Search – across paid, earned and owned channels
Responsible for organic social amplification of Services /REL campaigns across Lenovo India Social Media handles – LinkedIn , twitter & Facebook
Develop social media plans, created content and track the performance through social listening reports to evaluate the effectiveness of paid and organic social media campaigns
Work in close collaboration with the digital COE and the media and creative agencies to implement the Social Media Strategy in accordance with Lenovo and Alliance brand guidelines
Events –
Work with the wider team to incorporate the Lenovo Services narrative in commercial events – Proprietary / third party – virtual or Face to Face
Collaborate with agencies on messaging, branding and experiential engagements targeted at the focus clients and segments
Define and meet event ROIs for Services marketing
Campaign Management
In consultation with the various stakeholders, develop the quarterly campaign plans for Services
Align campaigns and campaign KPIs across top, middle and lower funnel to drive a 360 degree approach to Services Led Transformation
Take ownership of timely execution monitoring and progress of campaigns across quarters
Work in collaboration with segments to define client journey for Services Campaigns.
Work in collaboration with marketing operations and alliance marketing SPOCs for accuracy and timely execution of campaigns and submission of Proof Of Execution for campaigns owned
Report campaign performance during monthly/quarterly QBRs with India / AP and WW ILT
Work in close collaboration with the Marketing automation teams to ensure seamless end to end integration campaign integration with Marketo.
Develop and maintain nurture stream for services across all segments and monitor execution and performance of the same
Sales Enablement, Customer References and Marketing Insights:
Customer References /Case Studies – Work in close collaboration with segment leads, Account Managers and Communications teams to develop Client References/ case studies for Services
Seller enablement and internal communication program – Take ownership of services seller enablement and communication programs within Lenovo India leading to adoption of the Service Led Transformation charter within the company
Develop and share understanding of buyer behaviors and completion strategy through research and Social Listening projects.
Collaborate with HR /Learning & Development teams to conceptualize and execute enablement and engagement programs for Lenovo India
