Position Summary
This will be a HR business partnering role with the GM with strong focus on planning and executing HR strategies, recruitment activities, ensuring that the talent acquisition processes are best in class and aligned effectively with corporate standards and business needs. You will partner with the other HR colleagues and business leaders, where necessary in identifying and addressing HR processes, recruitment challenges and solutions.You will coordinate and facilitate training needs in line with business objectives. This role will also manage the day-today human resource generalist role.
The incumbent is will also in some instances modify, design and implement new policies, processes and drive business – or HR – improvement projects throughout the company. This role will rely heavily on the use of Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools.
Major Responsibilities
As a lead on HR Policies and practices, provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits
Update and maintain HR handbook and administration, oversees employee benefits and HR compliance, etc
As part of employee relations, attend to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary
Facilitate promotions and transfers of employees
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and providing guidance as necessary.
Primary owner for HR data and physical HR records and internal / external HR audits. HR statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires transfers, performance appraisals, and etc. and ensure employment contracts/personal files is maintained as per local compliance
Drive employee engagement action plans and activities, support and provide guidance to people leaders
Drive diversity and inclusion agenda and initiatives for the organization
Liaise with Payroll Vendor for monthly payroll and provide inputs (via LMS)
Manage new employees onboarding and induction, prepare new joiner’s details for staff announcement
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Responsible for partnering the TA team for all position requirements of various hiring managers, for future & current open positions & execute against them with minimal direction.
Partner with hiring manager in constructing the job description and the overall TA process
Provide accurate, timely HR deliverables, CVD and bowler on as determined.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring the Open Positions for headcount approval
Support on internship and campus recruitment drive to increase talent acquisition effectiveness
Establish adequate compensation & benefits structure, performance management systems, with the goal of effectiveness and cost containment.
Manage the maintenance, accuracy, reliability, and security of Workday
Support, coordinate and organize training initiatives and staff engagement programs
Any other relevant HR deliverables as assigned by the manager
Required Education, Experience, Skills
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar
More than 10 – 12 years of progressive HR experience with a multi-national company in a generalist or business partnering role required
Specialist knowledge in one of several HR competencies such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HRIS or Talent Acquisition would be beneficial
Have a clear understanding of country labor
