As a member of the India marketing team, the ideal candidate will support the Marketing Head to build and execute marketing plans for the education and real estate segment. The candidate will work closely with the India sales and marketing teams, to develop integrated plans for sales enablement, demand gen and sales acceleration initiatives.This role will be cross functional and requires an individual with a diverse skill set that focuses on marketing communications, ability to create high-quality presentation decks, organize external and internal partner events, and execute digital marketing activities independently.ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation: Drive digital demand generation across a mix of online channels, with specialization in digital content marketing as well as online events (webinars) and physical events.The candidate would need to work closely with designers to execute marketing collaterals, including landing pages, banners, brochures, paid ad creatives, and presentation decks.Content Creation: Drive marketing campaigns that generate awareness about our offerings for the segment. This would involve content creation – SEO and topical content, case studies, PRs, competitor decks.The candidate would need to work closely with the India sales team, the content team and designers, to execute customer success stories and PRs.Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications. Previous experience in the area of education/real estate marketing would be a bonus. Knowledge on PPC marketing for said industry, would also be a plus.Excels in written communication.
