Lead Technical Project Manager Full Time

• Responsibilities

• Must be an experienced professional that has worked in a Global environment for the past 10 years of the internet revolution and exposed to sites such as Amazon.com , PayPal, AOL, Ebay, Google, etc from an offshoring perspective
• This candidate should understands what responsibility means, and will do whatever is necessary to deliver a project including without any reservations being hands-on to any role in the team, or work around of clock when needed
• We prefer candidates that are EXTREMELY detail oriented, have pride on hisher accolades
• Directly responsible for supervising a global team of developers, designers, technical writers, involved in the analysis, design, development and implementation of Internet Ecommerce driven software applications
• Determines user requirements, leads application design, write project plans, establishes priorities and monitors progress. Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the teams effectiveness
• Works side-by-side with Product Managers vision, defines scope into tangible design deliverables using tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Wireframes to provide insight into product direction
• Ongoing research of different technologies, methodologies, competitors solutions to compare and shape up product direction

• Requirements

• Proficient in Linux and Windows Servers, MYSQL, MS-SQL, and Oracle OR any mainstream RDBMS, C, C++ and Java, Model-View-Control, Multi-tier/N-tier/3-tier Architectures, cakePHP, Zend Framework, Joomla, Smarty, PrototypeJS, extJS, Microsoft Project, Axure, Edit Plus, Zend Studio, XML Spy, CVS and SVN
• The candidate must have commercial development experience for Internet Ecommerce driven applications (Big + if supporting companies in the US)
• Proven and Certified understanding of software lifecycle development and impact on project timelines
• Hands-on experience on programming, with a background of development for more than 5 years on a mainstream Object Oriented Programing language (C#, C++ or Java)
• Project Manager experience using different approaches such as scrum, agile software development (5+ years)
• BS degree in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience from a Top and accredited school
• Masters degree or MBA
• At least 2 years in a managerial, supervisor, or team leader position
• Familiarity in working on an International environment with different time-zones
• Excellent Communication Skills
• CONFIDENCE, NO HOLD BACK approach, your opinion counts!
• Willing to work on graveyard /night shift schedule
