Communications Strategist

The Communications Strategist will be responsible for formulating a cohesive omnichannel communication strategy for the Le Cordon Bleu India Hub.
We are seeking a passionate storyteller obsessed with articulating content and finding creative ways of building a brand. You must have the ability to think both creatively and analytically, and must be comfortable initiating ideas, producing and publishing content to communicate with diverse audiences. 

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to the brand identity and guidelines
• Devise and implement a creative content strategy by leading and managing the design, content, and production of all marketing materials, consistent with our business goals and objectives
• Develop and manage the social influencer programs
• Write compelling content in a variety of forms, including infographics, social media posts
• Suggest lead enhancements / changes to the website
• Manage and maintain all online communications outlets
• Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels, and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. Measure and report engagement KPIs (including but not limited to: CR, CTR, open, read and click rates, page visits and signups)
• Report on PR activities/ coverage in local and international media
• Co-work with PR and advertising agencies to ensure conformity to company budgets and standards when implementing promotional, sales, marketing and communications strategies

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Communications professional
• Great at storytelling using words, images, or audio and creating content that draws an audience
• Impeccable written and editorial skills, with an outstanding command of the English language
• Ability to think cross-channel and visualize how to bring different content angles to life
• Strong understanding of digital channels and adept at keyword placement, SEO best practices, and web traffic metrics
• Data driven
• Knowledge and Experience on : Google AdWords, Google Ads Editor, Canva, Google Analytics,

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
