Job responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

• Must have good communication skills both verbal and written
• Should be comfortable working with 24*7 shifts
• Mandatory knowledge of GDS – Amadeus / Sabre
• Should have experience of the same profile.
