Responsible for mobilizing workmen at site based on the requirement skill-wise, category-wise. To ensure coordination between site planning team and execution team for the fulfillment of S4 at pan- India level.
Responsible for upgrading the skills of workmen employed through skilling initiatives through institutional and non-institutional interventions.
Provide inputs to Head HRW in terms of workmen cost and numbers and areas of optimization.
Ensure adherence to budget and seek approvals as and when required
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and to provide solutions for optimal utilization of workforce.
Assist HRW Head with, ensuring availability of workmen on a timely basis and as per requirement
Collaborate with the wider business to align processes, efficiencies and for other requirements
To represent HC IC in workmen related activities at site and cater to the requirements of workmen pan-India, if needed.
Drive workmen satisfaction survey and target improvement overall engagement levels for the workmen
Facilitate sub-contractors meeting
Liaison with corporate office to seek support and approvals an provide reports, MIS etc.
