Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings.Follow up with consultant and vendorsMaintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.Performing other relevant duties when needed.Experience in account and office admin will be preferred.Immediate joiners are preferred.Contract length: 12 monthsApplication Deadline: 7/10/2021Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Wearing a face mask is mandatoryEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:CA-Inter (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 8610177175
