Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employeesDirect all hiring and training procedures for new employeesContinually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbooks currentMonitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productiveCoordinate and direct work activities for managers and employeesFoster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connectedRegularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may havePromote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issuesUnderstand and adhere to all pertinent labor lawsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9638928965
