Your Role and Responsibilities
As ServiceNow Integration Architect you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of Kyndryl platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Integration Architect will lead Technical Solution aspect of ServiceNow implementations specific to: design, solution architecture, functional implementation and evaluation of Client’s Enterprise Service Management Ecosystem.
Recommend and create ServiceNow Design/Build/Manage solutions in terms of scope, size, resourcing, timeline for configuration and administration of ServiceNow tool in conjunction with other methods and tool in the eco-system.
Demonstrate expertise in overall ServiceNow Platform and product lines and Customer Workflows. Lead business / functional discussions with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams).
The position involves providing over all technical leadership for the team and ensuring that all designs created by the team is aligned to the architecture principles of ServiceNow and should be reusable, reliable and adaptive.
The role also will provide a technical gateway between the initial designs agreed in the sales conversations through to the delivery cycles with the project managers, business analysts, solution architects and developers.
They work within larger pursuit teams, actively managing the engagement process, driving project milestones, status reviews and other meetings. They will spend time interacting with clients and other key stakeholders, as appropriate to the requirements, level of solution experience and skill.
They must understand the deal, the client’s priorities, business and technical requirements, issues and tactical problems. They use their project management experience to manage work on multiple engagements at one time balancing their schedules to meet the commitment dates and other deliverables for the deal.
Turnaround time/cycle time is a critical factor in engagement schedules and work needs to be performed quickly and with high quality.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience on Java, J2ee, middleware and high-volume web based applications design and systems integration
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
Configure, customize, script, and develop the ServiceNow platform and develop service catalog items incorporating automation using orchestration
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B etc.
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application
Responsible for working closely with clients, project managers, and systems management team to clearly define scope of work and develop/implement solutions
Design and implement solutions following established configuration management policies and standards
Prepare and maintain technical documents including architecture diagrams, system documentation, and manuals
Troubleshoot Service Now platform issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action, and perform resolution efforts
Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow, such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, catalogs, orchestration and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary
Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform
