Kuehne+Nagel Looking for Sea Logistics Sales Manager (Level – General Manager) at Delhi, Delhi Full Time
You will be joining our Customer Care Team as sales leader adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of customer excellence + delivery of sales targets.
Your Role
You will be responsible for leading, directing + continuously optimizing your field sales team to deliver customer excellence + sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of the field + inside sales organization.
To focus on customer facing activities + be actively involved in the generation of sustainable new business
opportunities with a clear focus on SME, as well as updating relevant customer information in internal
systems in a timely + accurate manner.
To align the sales efforts + pricing decisions with customer care managers, pricing + business development
teams.
To monitor competitor activity by gathering + communicating current market information on pricing +
products.
To align with CCL colleagues for onboarding new customers as well as regular reviews of customer portfolios.
To set ambitious + achievable sales targets + support teams in delivery of same.
To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of customer
experience in close collaboration with the CCLs, ensuring the ing of customer feedback, while
supporting on agreed resolutions.
Your Skills and Experiences
Strong leadership skills + focus on customer + stakeholder relationships along with your strong time
management will be the key to success.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Relevant Experience of 12 years plus.
