Course related:
Ensuring smooth delivery of classes by taking into consideration, the break timings and classroom availability
Attend to requests from faculty for changes in class schedule and communicating to students.
Taking course material and text book requirements from faculty, getting them ready for distribution to students
Learning Management System and academic software:
Creation of courses, adding students and faculty to courses in each Term
Creation / updation of class schedule / time table
Updating the online session and recording links in google sheet and in LMS on a daily basis
Creation of course feedback forms
Regular reminders to students to ensure the maximum number of students fill the feedback forms
Generating the feedback analysis reports as per requirement
Payment Processing and budget reconciliation:
Processing of all bills as per the payment terms and sending it to Finance on receiving required approval.
Based on the approved budget, prepare separate sheets for each expense head and update the file as and when the payments are made.
Maintain proper records of procurement of lab equipment in the budget file
Reconciliation of budget vs actual expenses on regular basis
Other Administrative Tasks:
Assist the manager in the preparation of academic calendar and Student Academic Manual
Respond to emails of students and faculty members in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all data as per requirement
Be proactive to learn new skills, collaborate with other team members of the University so as to contribute in smooth and efficient delivery of academic administration
Be flexible to work on weekends and beyond office hours as and when required
Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
