The Role
We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an experienced Recruitment Partner to be part of our RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of the world’s leading manufacturing companies from Pune. Partnering with Hiring Managers you will provide expertise as a business partner and trusted advisor with a focus on campus/new grad hiring.
As a Recruiter, you will build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role will provide high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities. The Recruiter will manage recruitment related activities and is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a talented individual who will have 4-6 years of solid campus recruitment experience within the manufacturing space. You will also have:
4-6 years of experience in recruiting for large volumes of Entry Level Requirements in a manufacturing industry (specialized in b-school hiring)
A creative edge with excellent verbal & written communication skills
Exposure in managing college engagements with various business colleges & technical colleges
Experience of managing branding initiatives for recruitment
A proven track record on capability of adapting and timely responding to sudden surge in hiring and delivering volumes
A high sense of ownership and accountability to deliver the hiring numbers and adhere to process compliance
Natural flair for customer care (candidate & hiring manager experience)
The ability to manage stakeholders (Line-HR & Hiring Managers) independently and efficiently
A strong team player approach with flexibility of working on challenging and new assignments.
