The role would require a good understanding of the tasks which is predominantly administrative and strategic in nature. Will need to work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Ensure that the work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. Should be able to determine methods and procedures for new assignments. This is a facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, and a willingness to put the company’s interest above all else.
To be successful in this role, you should be a team player who is good in communication, both written & verbal and possess ability to collect necessary information and articulate well in the documentation. Candidate should also be detail oriented and should be able to analyze & seek the missing information
o Organizing and coordinating the employee engagement and cultural initiatives, leadership and employee offsites and other employee events.
