Job Highlights:
Summary:
This position oversees the management of all digital marketing products delivered directly to clients, accountable for the relationship with the Accounts team, including overall satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide end-to-end project management
2. Work with the operation team to ensure that all projects are on schedule
3. Review and monitor all ongoing projects daily
4. Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
5. Setting and managing timelines for deliverables. Ensuring quality standards are met
6. Creating a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working culture
Basic Requirements:
1. Excellent in understanding analytics and strong in attention to detail and time management
2. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral are a must
3. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in any field
4. At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing as a Project Manager/Delivery Project Manager/Account Executive
5. Good understanding of Google Analytics
6. Good understanding of different types of ad metrics/KPIs
7. Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
8. Computer literate
9. Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
10. Proven experience in Digital Marketing products such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, CRM, and Automation Mail is a plus
11. Working experience in a digital marketing agency is a must
12. Experience in handling B2B ads campaigns is a must
13. Interest in innovation
