Position Summary

In India, we have both our Consumer (KCI) and Professional (KCP) business entities, hence offering a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to both B2C and B2B businesses.
The role will report to the India HR Director and partner the India HR Team and India Leadership Teams of K-C Consumer and K-C Professional businesses in India to deliver the full Talent Management strategy, processes and deliverables for the India Consumer and KCP businesses.
This role is a key member of the India HR Leadership Team and will also work closely with the regional and global Talent and Inclusion & Diversity teams to drive key Talent and Transformation projects in India.
Key Accountabilities
Talent Management and Succession Planning
Works collaboratively with the HR Director and India leadership team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization
Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and team planning processes and policies and which includes but is not limited to: talent assessment, succession planning, leadership / manager . individual assessment, development planning
Actively engages leaders on a regular basis through quarterly talent forums on the succession plan for critical roles, key talent readiness and progress on individual development plans
Engages on a regular basis with key talent, supporting the development of high potential employees
Uses data and analytics on talent, in a structured manner, to influence decisions around talent
Learning and Development
Creates overall strategy and roadmap to deliver on a robust learning and development agenda that is aligned with business needs.
Evaluates, designs and executes innovative and engaging approaches to learning. Set direction and manage instructional design and development processes.
Lead the development of curricula for Leadership and Manager Development program(s) that are aligned with strategic capabilities needed to be built
Partner closely with Sales Training team to ensure alignment and integration of best practice sharing across the enterprise.
Actively engages, coaches and educates leaders and HR partners in the team effectiveness process including assessments, design and developing leadership off-sites, team make-up and observations/feedback on team effectiveness competencies.
Inclusion & Diversity
Along with the ILT, leads the I&D agenda for the country, being a key part of the I&D council
Liaises closely with the global I&D and talent teams to understand key priority areas and align local plans to global initiatives
Co-creates key initiatives for the market, influences and engages leaders and managers on the key initiatives.
Actively learns from internal and external best practices and research and builds learnings and insights into the market I&D plan.
Organization Development and Change Management
Partners with the HR Director and ILT on key organization and capability development projects in the country – team effectiveness, productivity, organization design etc
Liaises closely with regional and global talent and L&D teams to influence global projects from with the India perspective and lead implementation of these projects in India.
Provide advice, counsel and information and serve as a resource for facilitating, planning, and implementing large scale change initiatives (to improve organizational effectiveness). As a credible HR specialist, engage with stakeholders in change management initiatives
Performance Management
Leads the performance management cycle for the India business in line with key global principles and our culture aspiration of being a Purpose Led, Performance Driven organization.
Culture and Engagement
Partners with the HR Director and HR teams on moving forward key initiatives on culture cascades
Partners with HR and business on making sure the K-C culture is deeply embedded in all new and existing sites in the country
Leads implementation and education on the global engagement surveys, action planning and progress tracking in the market.
Campus Engagement and Employer Branding:
Drive the Campus recruitment program for the organization
Responsible for Summer Internship and Management Trainee Program
Design and implement campus engagement strategy to make K-C India an employer of choice
Partner with the Digital Marketing Team to manage K-C social media posts aimed at reinforcing K-C India’s employer branding
Qualifications & Experience
8-12 years of progressive experience in FMCG / consumer tech / tech or similar growth oriented, fast paced global MNCs
A mixed experience in Consulting and HR / COE roles is preferred
Diversity in experience across countries or areas of HR / COEs is an added advantage
Worked in complex and fast paced multi-business unit environment and able to bring speed to execution and decision making.
Strategic Thinking – Demonstrate an understanding of the business, the external environment, customers and financial levers to create the right solutions from a talent perspective
Communications – Influence leaders through compelling communication aligned to KC’s culture, business strategy and led with data.
Learning Agility: quickly learn and internalize new ways of working to facilitate a team to deliver their best. Capable of quickly learning new areas and ways of working.
Data Analyst – Use and establish data metrics to support decision making on talent, simplify and connect the dots to make the right decisions

Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:
